Workforce Compliance System Administrator Role

The primary objective of this position is to serve as the main administrator and subject matter expert for a new workforce compliance platform. This cloud-based system supports key functions such as contractor management, permit-to-work, incident reporting, risk management, e-learning, and audit processes.

Key responsibilities include maintaining system configuration, ensuring smooth operation, monitoring data integrity, and providing support to users to facilitate effective completion of compliance tasks within the platform.

  • Configure and maintain Beakon modules to meet business requirements, encompassing inductions, training, permits, contractor onboarding, and incident management.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings to safeguard sensitive data.
  • Create and update workflows, forms, and templates as necessary.
  • Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and collaborate with Beakon support when required.
About You
  • Experience in system administration or application support (Workforce Compliance, HSE, HRIS, or similar platforms).
  • Previous experience with Beakon or analogous workforce compliance systems.
  • Expertise in training and onboarding system users.
