Industry and Renewables Leader

This role oversees the APAC Region, excluding China, focusing on driving market growth within the Transformer segment. The successful candidate will develop a go-to-market strategy that aligns with the company's overall plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Country Leadership teams to drive strategic development and boost market share in industry and renewables sectors.
  • Design and execute profitable growth strategies and plans to enhance product value propositions and positioning.
  • Build deep relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders through continuous dialogue.
  • Develop sales pipelines, create forecasts, and track relevant metrics to gauge success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree in business or engineering is highly valued.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the electrical power equipment industry.
  • Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions that meet client needs.
  • Effective leadership skills for both direct and indirect teams.
