APAC Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to spearhead our GTM (Go-To-Market) operations in the Asia-Pacific region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decisions, process optimization, and growth initiatives that align with our global strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Champion Business Transparency: Develop and implement a weekly operating cadence that provides real-time visibility into pipeline performance, forecast accuracy, and renewal health.
- Run World-Class Planning: Own annual and quarterly GTM planning processes, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and best practices.
- Unlock Insights with AI & BI: Collaborate with RevOps and Data teams to integrate AI-powered forecasting, Clari/SFDC dashboards, and self-service analytics that surface risks and opportunities early.
- Elevate Tooling & Process: Translate APAC business requirements into scalable enhancements for Salesforce, Anaplan, CPQ, and our AI-assisted GTM stack.
- Act as a Trusted Proxy: Represent APAC GTM priorities in executive reviews, steering committees, and day-to-day decision-making when the Regional Sales Leader is unavailable.
- Lead & Grow the Team: Inspire a distributed group of sales-ops professionals across Australia, Japan, India, and Singapore, modeling our values to lead with exceptional customer service, deliver simple solutions, show pride in our work, and care for each other.
