Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Talent Sourcing: Identify top talent across the APAC region, leveraging extensive recruitment networks and industry insights.

  • Hiring Process Optimization: Streamline hiring processes, ensuring timely and effective placements that meet business needs.

  • Candidate Experience Enhancement: Deliver personalized experiences for all candidates, from initial engagement to final selection.

  • Business Partnership Development: Foster lasting relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and other key stakeholders.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze metrics and trends to inform recruitment strategies, optimize process efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring:

  • Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record of successful recruitment, preferably within large corporate environments.

  • Problem-Solving and Negotiation Skills: Ability to tackle complex challenges, negotiate effectively, and drive impactful solutions.

  • Global Scope: Experience working across diverse cultures, industries, and regions, ideally within the APAC market.

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with relevant certifications a definite plus.
