With a strong focus on customer experience, you'll ensure seamless hiring journeys for both leaders and candidates.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Relevant certifications are also considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Sourcing: Identify top talent across the APAC region, leveraging extensive recruitment networks and industry insights.
Hiring Process Optimization: Streamline hiring processes, ensuring timely and effective placements that meet business needs.
Candidate Experience Enhancement: Deliver personalized experiences for all candidates, from initial engagement to final selection.
Business Partnership Development: Foster lasting relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and other key stakeholders.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze metrics and trends to inform recruitment strategies, optimize process efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring:
Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record of successful recruitment, preferably within large corporate environments.
Problem-Solving and Negotiation Skills: Ability to tackle complex challenges, negotiate effectively, and drive impactful solutions.
Global Scope: Experience working across diverse cultures, industries, and regions, ideally within the APAC market.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with relevant certifications a definite plus.
