About the PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer to join our team at one of our retail sites. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and emergency response to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level security and customer service duties
- Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises
- Respond to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance
- Assess and respond to situations of risk
- Access control and incident report writing
- CCTV monitoring and concierge duties
- Administration tasks and employee benefits
- Access to our Employee Assistance Program
- Employee wellbeing platform with exclusive discounts and rewards
- Security Services Industry Award rates reviewed annually
- Opportunities for advancement and professional development
- Current Security License
- Control Room License (highly regarded)
- Current First Aid certificate
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters and willingness to work nights/weekends
