Early Childhood Partnership Coordinator

The Connected Beginnings program aims to integrate early childhood, maternal, and child health services within school settings in Tennant Creek. As the Early Childhood Partnership Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating pathways between services to improve child outcomes and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing connections with pre-school and kindergarten, parenting support groups, breastfeeding support groups, and healthy eating programs.
- Developing relationships with other Anyinginyi Health programs.
- Tracking and reporting on collective impact, developing internal monitoring tools.
- Providing reports to the CEO and Board of Directors, and information sessions to Managers and other Anyinginyi Health staff.
- Helping draft policies and procedures to improve child health outcomes.
- Representing the organisation at community and health sector forums, progressing Anyinginyi Health strategic objectives.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with experience in project management, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and respect for Aboriginal culture and diversity. You should be able to demonstrate leadership and work in team settings and autonomously. Desirable Qualifications: Qualification or experience in project management or coordination, preferably in community development or a related field. Experience using online meeting technology (MS Teams) for online meetings and collaborative project-based work. Experience driving 4WD vehicles and a willingness to travel to remote communities. Previous experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health. Knowledge of social and health issues confronting Aboriginal people in the Northern Territory. Previous experience living and working in a remote area.
