We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Baringa. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our children.

What We OfferAs an Early Childhood Educator with Goodstart, you can expect:
- A competitive salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including paid professional development, two wellbeing days, and free annual flu shot (optional).
- An opportunity to work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check.
