**About Our Centre:**

  • We cater to children aged six weeks to school age with six internal rooms, each designed to meet the specific developmental needs of different age groups.
  • Our centre boasts a library and sensory room, both utilised daily in small key educator groups.
  • Our nature-inspired environment prioritises creating a safe and stimulating natural space for exploration and discovery.
  • We utilise the online Story Park platform for daily communication with parents.
  • Our sustainable practices include gardening, composting, and caring for our worms.

**Your Role:**

As an Educational Leader, you'll collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and enhance educational programs. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

**What We Offer:**

  • Competitive salary ($85,000 - $95,000 per annum) based on experience and qualifications.
  • 50% discount off your childcare fees and up to 6 weeks paid parental leave.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Qld Working with Children Check.
