Job OverviewThis role involves working as part of a collaborative team to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care services to children from birth to five years old. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs that meet the diverse needs of our children and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, implement and evaluate educational programs that promote learning and development in children aged 0-5 years.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the provision of high-quality early childhood education and care services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with children, families and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care services.
As an Early Childhood Teacher at Goodstart Slacks Creek, you can expect to earn a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including:
