Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package, with a starting rate of $38.41-$60.00 + Super + benefits. You'll also receive 50% discount off your childcare gap fees and 6 weeks paid parental leave.
Job Description
As an Early Childhood Teacher at Goodstart, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to young children. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Mentoring and guiding educational practices in your room, collaborating with centre leadership to develop and review programs
- Building strong relationships with families and supporting their child's development and wellbeing
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
- A current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
