Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

About the Role: As an Educator at Goodstart Albany Creek Flemingo Drive, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for our children. You will work collaboratively with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to develop and implement learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
Key Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing engaging learning programs that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a sense of community and belonging
- Monitoring and assessing children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and adjusting programs accordingly
- Collaborating with other Educators and professionals to ensure continuity of care and learning
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- A current QLD Working with Children Check
