About the Role

As an experienced Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of your portfolio, with full autonomy and strong team support behind you.

  • Managing rent arrears professionally and efficiently
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs with accuracy and care
  • Conducting routine and outgoing property inspections
  • Screening applications and managing open inspections
  • Building strong, long-lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Attending tribunal hearings when required
What You'll Bring
  • A current Property Management Licence (essential)
  • Experience managing a residential property portfolio
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
  • Strong administrative and computer skills (PropertyTree experience is a bonus)
  • A current SA driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Great time management, attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to your work
