Job Title: Assistant Director of ICT Operations

The role of Assistant Director of ICT Operations is a key position within the organization. This individual will be responsible for managing a team to deliver effective and efficient IT systems and services.

Key responsibilities include operational management of outsourced services providers, ensuring compliance and a positive relationship; management and oversight of internal ICT Support Desk services and team; ensuring a consistent positive operational experience for ICT users; identification and documentation of required Support Desk procedures; stakeholder and relationship management; operational management of the organization's ICT environment and assets; and contributing to the development of a future roadmap for ICT systems.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in ICT operational management
  • Experience in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Transition, Service Operation, and Continual Service Improvement portfolio management
  • Working knowledge of ITIL Service Strategy and Service Design life cycle
