Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Reception desk, including greeting and registering guests, providing information on local attractions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team, promoting a culture of excellence and customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a positive guest experience.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
