Senior Ecommerce Manager

Join our team to lead direct-to-consumer initiatives in Australia, driving digital revenue growth and optimizing the customer journey.

This role is based in Australia and will be responsible for collaborating with global and regional teams in marketing, technology, operations, and finance to deliver best-in-class ecommerce performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Australian DTC business, owning the P&L and driving traffic, revenue, margin, and customer growth.
  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies aligned with global brand goals and local market needs.
  • Collaborate with Global Ecommerce Team on Shopify site operations, UX, and merchandising to ensure a seamless and luxurious customer experience.
  • Partner with digital growth team to execute high-impact campaigns, product launches, and promotional strategies.
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships to expand brand reach and drive traffic to digital channels.
  • Expand lifecycle marketing programs (email and SMS) to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Manage a robust testing roadmap leveraging A/B testing and analytics tools.
  • Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, CAC, LTV, and retention; report insights to leadership.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of Ecommerce experience, ideally in beauty or luxury industries.
  • Deep understanding of the Australian Ecommerce market, including consumer trends, SEO, and compliance standards related to data privacy and security.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and tools for CRO and retention.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
