Ecommerce Coordinator

This role is responsible for customer experience, the continuous management of all content and product uploads across all digital channels and supporting the email marketing function.
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Responsibilities: Manage product upload and enrichment, ensuring all products are launched on time Ongoing management of product listings, pricing and inventory across all channels Merchandise homepage, search listings, product and landing pages Manage all website content updates, including homepage, collection pages, content pages, navigation and size guides Coordinator product and creative teams for the creation of visual assets including product imagery, banners and other digital assets Build new and optimize existing collection pages as required Support the Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager with UATSupport the Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager with the management of the email marketing platform Work closely with the Customer Service teams to ensure website information is effectively communicated and product information enriched based on customer feedback Support the creation of weekly and monthly analysis of website performance, creating actionable outcomes Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand & creative, retail, buying and wholesale to align digital efforts with overall business objectives and initiatives.
Oversee the execution of e Commerce photoshoots, including scheduling, resource allocation, casting models, and workflow and budget management.
Deliver assigned projects The successful candidate will possess:2+ years in ecommerce, preferably in a similar vertical Experience with Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Google Analytics or similar platforms desirable Experience with Apparel21 and TRS desirable Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions Excellent communication, attention to detail, and people skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment If this sounds like you, email your Cover Letter and CV tocareers@jacandjack.com, att: India - we'd love to hear from you and why this is your next step.
