Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the end-to-end claims process for our direct-to-consumer insurance brands.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of motor vehicle recoveries claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Determine liability and pursue recoveries from at-fault third parties and their insurers
  • Negotiate settlements with third-party claimants and ensure fair outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with insurers, legal representatives, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate claim records and update internal systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders and third parties
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Third Party Recoveries and Settlement Claims is essential
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
