About Insurance Broker Role">

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for servicing a well-established book of SME clients across various industries.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering end-to-end support across insurance broking functions, including quoting and acquiring new business, renewals, endorsements, claims and reporting.
  • Strengthening client relationships through proactive communication and high-quality service.
  • Facilitating claims resolution by liaising with clients and insurers to ensure timely outcomes.
  • Working with our marketing team to develop strategies to acquire new business.
  • Handling administrative duties to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in insurance broking.
  • Tier 1 insurance broking qualification (required).
  • Sound knowledge of SME insurance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.
  • Experience in using Insight, SCTP and Sunrise systems (highly desirable).
