Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing activities, including purchase orders, inventory management, and logistics.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

This role is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who is passionate about procurement and supply chain management.

  • Manage purchasing activities, including purchase orders, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices and terms.
  • Monitor and report on procurement metrics, including spend analysis and supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on procurement strategy and implementation.

This role requires a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

It also demands a high level of organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

A bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is required, with 3-5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
