About the Role
The Central Package of Victoria's biggest road project, the North East Link Project, is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to manage subcontract and supplier contracts.
This role will be responsible for the administration of all subcontract and supplier contracts, financial administration, site administration, and supporting project decision making.
- Manage the procurement process, including tendering, contract negotiation, and administration.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Assist in the preparation and review of project reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in contract management, procurement, and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
