Procurement Specialist

The role of the Procurement Specialist is to develop and execute strategies for sourcing, procurement, and partnership management.
- Assist in the end-to-end management of local category strategies under the ANJ Commercial / Corporate spend portfolio.
- Understand current spend and future business requirements to drive value and savings through disciplined category management.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of spend categories within remit and build comprehensive insights on relevant industries and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a healthy pipeline of sourcing and procurement initiatives that support short-, mid-, and long-term strategies.
- Engage stakeholders for optimal implementation and compliance.
- Lead supplier relationship management (SRM) and supplier development programs in partnership with key stakeholders and strategic suppliers.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Highly resilient problem-solver with strong work ethic.
- Experience in negotiation and contract development.
- Proficient in Excel and business procurement systems.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is mandatory.
