Chief Supply Chain Recruitment Officer

We are seeking an experienced talent acquisition specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, identifying and recruiting potential candidates, evaluating resumes and applications, conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the supply chain industry.
- Identify and recruit potential candidates using various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Evaluate resumes and applications to assess the qualifications and experience of potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to find the best fit for open positions.
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to ensure they meet the requirements of the role.
- Complete paperwork for new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Formal qualifications in business, logistics, or engineering.
- Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within the supply chain industry.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Deep understanding of 3PL, company-based supply chain, warehousing, and logistics.
