Job Opportunity: Accounts Receivable Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounts receivable professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing debt collection and accounts management processes in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of outstanding customer payments and follow up for payment via phone and email;
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with customers through effective communication and empathy;
  • Raise and issue invoices for payment in a timely manner;
  • Allocate payments accurately and efficiently;
  • Manage currency conversions and international invoicing;
  • Negotiate payment plans effectively;
  • Provide ad hoc support for debt collection and accounts receivable processes.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to learn new systems and processes quickly;
