About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our dynamic team at Wing Hong Food Services' head office in Canning Vale, Western Australia. This full-time role will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's accounts receivable process, ensuring efficient cash flow and financial stability.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing the full credit control lifecycle, including invoicing, chasing payments, and resolving customer queries
  • Monitoring and reporting on accounts receivable performance, identifying trends and developing strategies to improve cash flow
  • Liaising with customers to understand and resolve any payment issues or disputes
  • Processing and reconciling customer payments in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the company's accounting system
  • Providing support to the broader finance team as required

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years' experience in an accounts receivable or credit control role, preferably within the food services or manufacturing industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers
  • Multilingual is necessary to enable you to work efficiently, examples - Mandarin, or Cantonese languages
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
  • A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
