Experienced Accounts Receivable Professional

**The Opportunity**:
Sands Fridge Lines are seeking a senior experienced Accounts Receivable Professional to join our Finance team on a permanent full-time basis and take responsibility for AR processing in a fast-paced operational environment.
Reporting to the CEO/Accountants, you will be managing customer accounts, and completing full function accounts receivable duties. This role will have you dealing with a variety of clients, and is responsible for performing duties which include but are not limited to:
- Control credit limits, receipt timelines and direct communication across a significant AR portfolio
- Proactively following up customer invoices and ensuring outstanding debts are collected promptly and efficiently to maintain accounts within limits
- Daily allocation of payments received from clients to invoices and posting.
- Promptly respond and resolve client account queries and investigate irregularities.
- Maintain and process direct debits, manage process flow and follow up rejected direct debits.
- Enable payments over the phone and receipt payments.
- Respond to general AR related queries.
- Respond to internal stakeholders' enquiries regarding clients' accounts.
- Provide weekly reports on accounts receivable to Senior Management Team and CEO/Accountants.
- Provide support to the Finance Team as and when required.

**About You**:
- A minimum 5-years but preferably longer proven technical accounts receivable experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- High level organisational and time management skills.
- Intermediate to advanced skills across Windows-based programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated knowledge and competency in finance, accounting and business processes and use of a range of computer ERP systems.
- Experience in handling high volume of transactions.
- Previous experience of working on ERP systems implementation will be an added advantage.
