About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Creative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity aimed at supporting our current workload of Creative roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Recruitment: Market open positions via our careers page, LinkedIn, and job boards; source candidates through multiple streams including resume databases, Boolean searches, industry contacts, professional networks, and referrals;
- Prescreening Candidates: Conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews to evaluate applicants and submit a shortlist of top candidates for hiring manager review;
- Recruitment Support: Partner with Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs and candidate 'must-haves,' draft job descriptions, communicate with interview panels, and provide training and coaching to hiring managers and junior recruiting staff;
Requirements:
- Significant experience as a Creative Recruiter, either in-house or with a mix of internal and agency work;
- Experience engaging with and sourcing Design and Creative candidates;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- A positive mindset when faced with challenging requirements and situations;
- A Bachelor's degree is desirable but not required;

- An estimated salary of $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience;
