The Role

We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic People & Talent team. As a key member of our global recruitment team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future by sourcing and recruiting top talent across Product and Design.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and identifying top-tier tech talent through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Evaluating candidates based on their technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with our core values.
  • Keeping stakeholders informed with timely updates on recruitment progress, reflecting our values of ownership and taking responsibility.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to deeply understand department needs and crafting strategies that embody our pursuit of craftsmanship and innovation.
  • Streamlining the recruitment process to quickly secure top talent, demonstrating our commitment to moving fast with conviction.
  • Staying ahead of tech trends to ensure we attract forward-thinking candidates who are committed to driving long-term success.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, emphasizing our values of ownership and never settling.
  • Leveraging recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement, aligning our hiring practices with our core principle of optimizing for long-term value.
What You'll Need
  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition / Recruitment roles, preferably in a similar industry or functional area.
  • Proven results in hiring across various technical roles using various platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
  • Strong ability to develop trusting partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to gather and use data to drive strategy and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience recruiting entry-level through to senior complex searches.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Great at building and executing creative sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Proficiency in recruiting tools and software.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including:
