Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of National Acquisition Manager. This position is focused on sourcing, researching, and negotiating property opportunities across multiple states in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify suitable residential properties and land (both on and off-market) for acquisition purposes.
  • Conduct thorough research and due diligence to assess investment potential.
  • Foster strong relationships with agents, developers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and identify acquisition opportunities.
  • Coordinate with solicitors, inspectors, and councils for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Present acquisition recommendations based on data-driven insights.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated interest in property, investment, or real estate.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Prior experience in acquisitions, property research, or real estate is highly desirable.
