Parcel Delivery Expansion Role

At JLL, we are driving the strategic expansion of parcel lockers across Australia through innovative partnerships and transactional excellence.

This exciting opportunity involves managing a hybrid role that requires attending the office in Richmond at least 3 days a week. The 12-month fixed-term contract has potential for extension or conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive network growth by partnering with property owners, managers, and occupiers to develop strategic relationships.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders across government and private investment sectors to foster collaboration and drive business outcomes.
  • Coordinate lease and license documentation with paralegal teams to meet established KPIs and ensure seamless transactions.
  • Conduct market analysis and asset due diligence to inform strategic leasing decisions and maximize business opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings with stakeholders and commercial partners to drive project implementation and achieve shared goals.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to drive transactional outcomes and successfully implement new parcel lockers.
  • Manage Salesforce platform and provide comprehensive pipeline reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor market dynamics and provide strategic recommendations on expansion opportunities to maintain market leadership.

Requirements:

  • A current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in transaction management and leasing (logistics or real estate preferred) is necessary for success in this role.
  • Strong analytical and data management capabilities, along with advanced negotiation and communication skills, are essential for effective collaboration with technical teams.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with technical teams is also crucial for achieving business objectives.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and project management software is necessary for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
