Learning and Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team at SHK Asia Pacific. As a critical member of our People & Culture team, you will play a pivotal role in leading a significant change and build agenda. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and building leadership and people capability to deliver on business and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement organisational programs across induction, onboarding, compliance and capability training
- Lead the development of graduate and career pathways, and the diversity and inclusion strategy
- Align the leadership framework with a high-performance and engaged culture
We are looking for a well-respected and experienced human resources professional with a track record of designing and delivering learning and development strategy, and building leadership and capability development frameworks and programs. You will be emotionally intelligent and calm under pressure, with extensive change and stakeholder management skills. You will be creative, resourceful and hands-on, and able to flex comfortably between the big picture and the delivery of aspects of learning and capability programs.
You will be comfortable with leveraging technology to optimise learning, and relish the opportunity to play a critical role in fulfilling a strategic pillar in an organisation that strives to deliver quality care and enhance lives.
