Role OverviewWe are seeking an enthusiastic Development Professional to join our team as a Learning and Development Client Partner. This role will play a crucial part in designing, implementing, and managing learning programs tailored to the unique needs of our diverse clients.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, industry experts, and clients to deliver innovative and engaging learning experiences that align with our clients' strategic goals. This role may require travel throughout the year to facilitate the delivery of programs for our national client base.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our expert design team to bring programs to life for our clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients and support their early-career program objectives.
- Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of development programs for client accounts, ensuring connection to competency frameworks and a focus on engagement.
- Coordinate and manage the implementation of client development programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design the ultimate development experience across different delivery modes.
- Work closely with internal teams to create supporting materials for development programs.
- Facilitate workshops both in person and virtual, across a variety of development topics.
- Contribute to Fusion team projects and deliverables as required.
- 2+ years of Learning and Development experience
- Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
- Proven record of designing and delivering customized early talent development workshops
- Experience and interest in facilitation of early careers programs.
- Thrive in a flexible, team-based environment where you have accountability for individual as well as team deliverables.
