Learning and Development Specialist

About the Role
The Learning and Development Coordinator will report to the Director of People and Culture at Workforce Australia for Individuals. This role is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of learning and development initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and coordinating learning and development programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Designing and delivering training content, including e-learning modules, facilitation guides, and resources.
- Providing in-person facilitation to various audiences across the organization.
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing induction and onboarding programs to support new employees.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training content.
- Experience in learning and development or a related field.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
