Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist Opportunity

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver holistic workplace rehabilitation services, including initial needs assessments, workplace assessments, and job modifications.
  • Provide expert advice on rehabilitation counseling and vocational assessments.
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and stakeholders to develop tailored solutions.
  • Conduct medical case conferences and stakeholder liaison.
  • Manage cases effectively, ensuring timely resolution and optimal outcomes.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fully registered with the relevant professional body.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
  • A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done.
  • Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
  • Current Australian driver's license and vehicle.
