Commercial Finance Professional

A commercially driven finance expert is required to partner with operations and commercial teams to drive strategic financial decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess 4-5 years'+ experience in a commercial finance role, advanced Excel skills, strong communication skills, and a process-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with operations and commercial teams to inform decisions on pricing, store performance, and capital planning.
  • Develop month-end reporting packs with insightful commentary, trend analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead financial input into business reviews and planning sessions with senior stakeholders.
  • Deliver budgets and forecasts across multiple cost centres and revenue lines.
  • Analyse store sales, profitability, and investment opportunities.
  • Support the development of board-level reporting and business cases.
  • Improve reporting tools and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
About You:
  • Results-driven finance professional with a background in commercial finance.
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
