The successful candidate will be a key member of our finance team, responsible for providing business partnering support to senior business leaders.
As a Finance Business Manager, you will develop and build relationships across the business to drive financial performance and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide analytical and financial support to senior business leaders through insightful reporting and strategic analysis.
- Develop and deliver month-end, forecast, and budget results by performing a selection of processes and functions across various P&Ls.
You will have a strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partnering:
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reports to senior management.
- Provide clear insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Financial Modelling:
- Prepare and analyse financial models for budget and planning purposes.
Process Improvement:
- Critically assess workflows and drive efficiencies and process improvements.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting.
- CA/CPA Qualified with a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience.
- 5+ years' experience in finance business partnering.
- Exceptional business partnering skills, including the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
Additionally, you will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent computer literacy, and strong Excel skills.
