About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to partner with our business leaders and drive informed decision-making to support financial objectives.

This role is instrumental in delivering timely and insightful financial reporting, analysis, and strategic guidance that enhances business performance.

You will be a key contributor in supporting executive and group leaders across the business, helping them interpret financial results and shape future planning through robust forecasting and analysis.

Your analytical expertise and technical acumen will help elevate the finance function to world-class standards.

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you'll collaborate with finance and business leaders to influence outcomes and drive value across the organisation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Deliver timely and insightful financial reporting and analysis.
  • Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting across P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and KPIs.
  • Analyse production costs and identify margin improvement opportunities.
  • Support pricing, product profitability, and customer deal evaluations.
  • Contribute to sales forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimisation.
  • Develop business cases for investments, product launches, and market expansion.
  • Monitor key financial and commercial KPIs, including gross margin, working capital, and sales.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting, planning, and decision-support tools.
  • Ensure financial governance and compliance with internal controls.

About You

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • CA / CPA / CIMA qualified (or working towards).
  • 5+ years' experience in finance business partnering, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG.
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing and margin analysis.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, and BI tools.
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Comfortable with challenging assumptions and influencing senior leaders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and operations.
