Job Opportunity

This is a unique chance to become an integral part of our team as we seek a highly skilled Geotechnical Customer Success Manager.

The primary objective of this role is to guarantee customer satisfaction, meet or exceed their expectations, and enable them to maximise the value of their investment in our products and solutions.

  • Drive growth and retention within existing customer accounts by comprehensively understanding their business needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Act as the first point of contact with assigned customers, coordinating onboarding, training, administration, licensing and support of users.
  • Provide account insights through the collation and analysis of customer usage and sentiment data.
  • Advocate for your accounts internally, educating them on products, maintaining lasting relationships, driving retention, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

This position requires demonstrable experience in a Technical (Geotechnical), Pre-sales, Account Management or similar role. Experience working with geotechnical solutions is advantageous, as is experience with clients in the Civil or Environmental sectors.

Key Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with:

  • Demonstrated expertise in geotechnical solutions and/or experience with clients in the Civil or Environmental sectors.
  • Exceptional account management skills, including ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collate and analyse customer data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal teams and external customers.
