About the Role:

">We want passionate consultants to help us grow Mantel's reputation in the marketplace by delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients. As a Principal Consultant, you will develop and grow trusted relationships with clients whilst mentoring other team members.">
">

You'll also have the opportunity to focus on building a team and go-to-market strategy around a specific technical capability. In your role, you will:

  • ">
  • Provide consulting services that combine architectural vision with hands-on technical experience using some of the latest cloud technologies and methodologies">
  • Design, develop, build and operate sophisticated and highly automated secure infrastructure that adheres with Industry compliance standards">
  • Build, recognise and promptly advise management of potential follow-on business opportunities">
  • Assist the Client Engagement team with Pre-Sales support and assist with the creation of RFPs and SOWs">
  • Provide thought leadership in a specific technical capability including running training sessions, writing blog posts and attending conferences">
  • Define and drive new architectures based on applicable regulatory compliance standards and work with multiple stakeholders to gain endorsement">
  • End to end ownership of projects and solutions at the client site including management of projects">
  • Perform troubleshooting, analysis and resolve issues as needed to achieve project outcomes">
  • Liaise with the project team, clients, vendors and stakeholders using multiple communication channels to manage the delivery of the project">
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients as a source of informed, reliable, professional advice about solution options">
  • Identify and complete tasks with minimal supervision and provide oversight and guidance to all level consultants">

Specialist knowledge of several industries or segments, coupled with strong analytical skills.
