Job Description:

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key support role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring internal employees who use our cloud-based ERP, Oracle NetSuite, receive proper training and have system issues resolved with minimal downtime.

Your responsibilities will include documenting all support issues in the company support management database, ensuring enhancement requests, bugs, and development issues are raised with the Project Team and resolved, participating in internal User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new NetSuite features and/or versions, delivering systems training online and face-to-face with in-house staff, and helping build and develop knowledge base articles.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Recent experience with using cloud-based ERP/CRM solutions (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Well-versed in the use of issue tracking solutions (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Asana).

About You

You will have a proven background in technical support/help desk positions, where you worked directly with customers to provide training and resolve issues. Other key skills, experience, and qualifications include recent experience with using cloud-based ERP/CRM solutions and being well-versed in the use of issue tracking solutions.
