About the Role

Our Financial Services Administrators are part of the Retail Customer Services Team, a diverse group invested in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the leading service standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process client applications, maturities, and withdrawals within set Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Review and verify incorrect forms and requests, and follow up via email and phone calls to clients and financial advisers
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to leaders for swift resolution
Requirements
  • At least 12 months' experience in customer-facing roles (not limited to financial services)
  • Confident and professional written communication skills
  • Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills
