Job Title: Associate - Energy & Infrastructure, Project Finance

The role of this position involves executing lending transactions across 5 key sectors – Energy, Infrastructure, Telecommunications and Healthcare, Real Estate and Food, Beverage and Agriculture.

As a lending specialist, you will be working closely with sector coverage specialists and relationship managers. Key responsibilities include financial and credit analysis on existing and prospective clients, preparing business comparable and analysis of debt structures, performance metrics and debt pricing, building and preparing financial models with sensitivity analysis and validation of key debt terms and assumptions, and attending client team meetings and calls, including transaction-related due diligence workstreams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial and credit analysis on existing and prospective clients
  • Preparing business comparable and analysis of debt structures, performance metrics and debt pricing
  • Building and preparing financial models with sensitivity analysis and validation of key debt terms and assumptions
  • Preparing and efficiently processing credit approval packages
  • Attending client team meetings and calls, including transaction-related due diligence workstreams

To succeed in this role, you will need to have 2-4 years' experience in relevant transaction and credit analysis, a university degree in commerce, finance, economics, law or relevant business discipline, and experience in Project Finance or similar.
