Market Analyst Position

Our organization is seeking a skilled Market Analyst to contribute to the stability and integrity of Australia's financial markets.

The role involves:

  • Assessing market participants and conducting supervision activities to promote compliance with regulations.
  • Evaluating the suitability and ongoing appropriateness of financial products admitted to public markets.
  • Conducting research and analysis on market developments and emerging issues to inform regulatory priorities.
  • Developing clear and accurate reports, submissions, and internal advice on regulatory matters.
  • Analyzing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to inform regulatory judgments and monitor sector trends.

Key qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, economics, or law.
  • Experience working as an analyst in a regulatory, corporate, consulting, or academic setting.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation is desirable.

This is a permanent position with flexible work arrangements available. The location is Sydney, and the salary range is competitive.
