Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Educator to join our dynamic team and contribute to creating inspiring environments where children can thrive.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting teaching practices, building strong relationships with families, and delivering high-quality care and education.

The Role
  • Lead and support a team of Educators in delivering exceptional care and education
  • Develop and implement innovative programs that prepare children for future academic success
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with families and the community
The Centre

Our 80-place centre is located in Sydney, offering easy access to public transport and a range of exciting environments, including beach-themed outdoor spaces and age-specific ateliers.

Requirements
  • Completed Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification
  • Full-time availability (Monday to Friday) required
  • Working knowledge of NQF and EYLF essential
  • Australian citizenship, PR, or eligible visa holder required
