About the RoleThis senior leadership position involves overseeing a multidisciplinary team and shaping clinical outcomes in local communities.
- Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services efficiently.
- Deliver occupational therapy services to participants across various settings.
- Conduct clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interpret findings to develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance participants' quality of life.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality clinical outcomes.
- Support early career allied health professionals through mentoring, supervision, and professional development.
- Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:You will be responsible for:

To be considered suitable, you must have:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist.

- A proactive attitude and motivation to improve processes.
- A desire to mentor early career clinicians.
