About the Role

This senior leadership position involves overseeing a multidisciplinary team and shaping clinical outcomes in local communities.

  • Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services efficiently.
  • Deliver occupational therapy services to participants across various settings.
  • Conduct clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interpret findings to develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance participants' quality of life.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality clinical outcomes.
  • Support early career allied health professionals through mentoring, supervision, and professional development.
  • Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.

To be considered suitable, you must have:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an allied health professional beyond graduation.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A proactive attitude and motivation to improve processes.
  • A desire to mentor early career clinicians.
