
Organisational Culture Ambassador

We are seeking a confident and pragmatic People and Culture Specialist to partner directly with leadership teams.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Address Issues Promptly: Respond to critical concerns, attend Centres, and lead the resolution with team members, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
- Post-Issue Follow-Up: Ensure agreements are enacted and interventions resolve problems after addressing issues.
- Data-Driven Culture Reviews: Use insights and data to conduct culture reviews and develop solutions with Centre Leadership Teams.
- Investigations: Investigate and make recommendations on psychological workers' compensation issues and thorough investigations, ensuring clear plans for swift resolution and actioning outcomes.
- NWRI Management: Manage Non-Work-Related Injuries and maintain accurate medical records to mitigate risk.
- Performance Conversations: Partner with PMs and CMs to initiate conversations focused on improving performance and role model effective communication techniques.
- IDPs and Training: Collaborate with PMs and CMs to create tailored IDPs for low-performing team members and provide training on positive performance management and resolving people issues.
- Project Management: Lead projects such as team surveys to gather insights and drive improvements.

- Be a confident decision maker, using pragmatism to reach practical yet fair solutions.
- Be a skilled communicator, able to explain processes in an informal style and make them relatable.
- Have proven experience supporting fast-paced, blue-collar, multi-site organisations.
- Have attention to detail and ability to identify patterns and trends.
- Be comfortable working in ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and advising on people matters with confidence.
