Job Title: People and Culture Advisor

We are seeking a highly experienced HR professional to join our team as a People and Culture Advisor.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality, accurate, and timely HR advice and support to employees and managers.
  • Deliver administrative, coordination, and support services in the delivery of employee lifecycle and P&C cyclical activities.
  • Promote self-service through educating and coaching all employees and managers on how to use relevant tools and systems.
  • Develop and maintain influential and collaborative working relationships with the P&C Centres of Excellence.
  • Support the development and implementation of P&C policies, procedures, and processes.

About You:

  • Strong HR generalist background with business partner experience and approach.
  • Demonstrated prior experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in HRIS (preferably Workday) is desirable.
  • Knowledge of current practice and relevant legislation related to the delivery of people services.
