Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled People and Culture Coordinator to join our team. This part-time role is responsible for providing administrative support to the People and Culture team, ensuring the efficient provision of human resource services.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Perform HR administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding;
    • Produce reports for stakeholders using various systems;
    • Support the implementation of workshops, events, and activities that contribute to a positive culture and improved organisational effectiveness;
    • Coordinate group inductions for new starters;
    • Contact new employees after one month to check in and report key findings to senior leaders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field;
  • Previous experience in an administrative role with demonstrable administration skills and attention to detail;
  • Effective organisational and time management skills, with a self-directed and proactive approach;
  • Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Proven computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, and Outlook) and databases;
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
