Frame and Truss Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a challenging role as a Frame and Truss Supervisor. This position involves leading a team of 12 passionate individuals who strive for excellence in their work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff and operations with a hands-on approach, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Prioritize and coordinate production scheduling and workforce management.
  • Deliver daily toolbox talks to motivate the team and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage materials and component stock levels to optimize production efficiency.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal factory performance.
  • Oversee all aspects of frame and truss manufacturing, including quality control and assurance.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
  • Monitor and enhance productivity goals through effective team management and resource allocation.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Prior experience in managing teams in a production environment is essential.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • An excellent understanding of WHS standards and protocols.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 tools and software.
