About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to manage a team of 12 in our frame and truss factory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff and operations with a hands-on approach
  • Plan and coordinate production schedules
  • Manage workforce scheduling to meet productivity goals
  • Conduct daily toolbox talks to maintain a safe work environment
  • Oversee materials and component stock management
  • Ccoordinate maintenance management to minimize downtime
  • Ensure all facets of frame and truss manufacturing meet quality standards
  • Maintain compliance with WHS requirements
Requirements
  • Timber Frame and Truss experience is essential
  • Prior experience in managing and building teams in a production setting
  • Developed communication and people management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of WHS standards
  • Proficient in Office 365 software
