We are seeking a skilled Frame and Truss Operations Manager to oversee our factory operations. As a seasoned professional with over 60 years of experience supporting the Building, Plumbing & Renovation Industry, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of experienced craftsmen and women in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
About the Role- Lead a team of skilled operators and supervisors to ensure efficient production scheduling and workforce management.
- Oversee stock management, maintenance management, and all facets of frame and truss manufacturing to meet productivity goals.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards.
- Essential timber frame and truss experience, including previous leadership roles.
- Well-developed communication and people management skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Excellent attention to detail and understanding of WHS standards.
- Knowledge of Office 365 for streamlined operations.
